Job Overview

As a Bartender at Molecular Bar Setup Delhi, you will be the backbone of our event bar operations. Your role involves preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with speed, accuracy, and a warm smile at some of Delhi's most prestigious events.

This position requires someone who can handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and presentation standards. You will work at weddings serving 500+ guests, intimate corporate dinners, and everything in between — each requiring adaptability and professionalism.

We value bartenders who combine technical skill with genuine hospitality. Your ability to read guests, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming bar atmosphere is just as important as your cocktail-making speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages efficiently at high-volume events
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and mise en place throughout service
  • Interact with guests professionally, take orders, and make recommendations
  • Follow standardized recipes while maintaining consistency across all drinks
  • Manage bar inventory during events and report shortages to the bar manager
  • Set up and break down portable bar stations at various event venues
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately when required
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in preparing 50+ classic and popular cocktails
  • Speed and accuracy in high-pressure service environments
  • Excellent memory for orders and guest preferences
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Physical stamina for 6-8 hour standing shifts
  • Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Clean and efficient working style behind the bar
  • Guest service orientation and positive attitude

Experience & Education

Experience

  • 1-3 years of bartending experience
  • Event or banquet bartending preferred
  • Experience with portable bar setups
  • High-volume service experience valued

Education

  • Basic bartending certification required
  • Hotel management background preferred
  • Food safety awareness training
  • Customer service training valued

Compensation

Full-Time Salary

₹18,000 - ₹35,000/month
