We are looking for performers who have the confidence to command attention, the skill to execute complex tricks flawlessly, and the bartending knowledge to back up their showmanship with excellent drinks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform choreographed flair routines including bottle flips, spins, and multi-object juggling
  • Execute fire-based tricks safely including flaming cocktails and fire breathing elements
  • Prepare cocktails with speed and accuracy while maintaining entertainment value
  • Design custom flair routines tailored to specific event themes and music
  • Maintain all flair equipment including practice bottles, tins, and fire tools
  • Engage with guests and encourage participation during interactive segments
  • Coordinate with DJs and event managers for music-synchronized performances
  • Train junior flair bartenders on basic tricks and safety protocols

Required Skills

  • Advanced bottle manipulation including behind-the-back catches and multi-bottle sequences
  • Fire handling skills with proper safety certification

Experience & Education

Experience

  • 2+ years of flair bartending experience
  • Performance at 50+ events minimum
  • Fire handling certification required
  • Competition participation is a strong plus

Education

  • Standard bartending certification
  • Fire safety training certification
  • First aid certification preferred

Compensation

Full-Time Salary
