Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare molecular cocktails using spherification, nitrogen, foaming, and gelification techniques
  • Develop new molecular recipes and presentation concepts for client events
  • Maintain and calibrate molecular gastronomy equipment before each event
  • Ensure safety protocols for liquid nitrogen, dry ice, and chemical agents
  • Create live molecular cocktail demonstrations that engage and entertain guests
  • Train team members on basic molecular techniques and safety procedures
  • Manage ingredient inventory including sodium alginate, calcium chloride, and specialty chemicals
  • Collaborate with event designers to integrate molecular elements into event themes

  • Safe handling of liquid nitrogen and dry ice for cocktail preparation
