How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for regular events and 4-6 weeks for weddings and large corporate events. Peak season (October-February) requires earlier booking.
Do you require an advance payment?
Yes, we require a 50% advance to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and cash payments.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund minus processing fees. Rescheduling is free if done 5+ days in advance, subject to availability.

How much time do you need for setup?
We typically need 2-3 hours for setup depending on the scale. For large weddings and corporate events with elaborate setups, we may need 4-5 hours. We coordinate with your venue for access timing.
Do you provide the liquor or should we arrange it?
We operate on a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) model. You provide the liquor and we provide everything else — mixers, garnishes, equipment, glassware, and expert bartenders. We can guide you on quantities needed.
What venues can you set up at?
We set up at all types of venues including farmhouses, hotels, banquet halls, rooftops, homes, outdoor lawns, and destination locations. We adapt our setup to suit any venue layout and space.
How long does the bar service last?
Standard service duration is 4-5 hours. We offer extended service packages for longer events. Our team stays until the last guest is served, ensuring seamless beverage service throughout your event.
Do you handle cleanup after the event?
Yes, complete cleanup is included in our service. Our team dismantles the setup, packs all equipment, and ensures the venue is left clean. This typically takes 30-60 minutes after service ends.

We serve all of Delhi including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. We also travel to Jaipur, Chandigarh, Agra, and other cities for premium events.
How many bartenders will be at my event?
Team size depends on guest count. Typically: 1-2 bartenders for up to 100 guests, 3-4 for 100-300 guests, and 5+ for larger events. We ensure optimal service speed and guest experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 7+ days before: full refund minus 10% processing fee. 3-7 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund. Force majeure events are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Do you have insurance for events?
Yes, we carry comprehensive event liability insurance. Our team is trained in responsible service practices and safety protocols to ensure a secure experience for all guests.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
