Ingredients

  • 750ml Red Wine
  • 60ml Brandy
  • 120ml Orange Juice
  • Sliced Oranges, Apples & Berries
  • 200ml Soda Water
  • 30ml Sugar Syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour red wine and brandy into a large pitcher.
  2. Add orange juice and sugar syrup, stir well to combine.
  3. Add sliced oranges, apples, and mixed berries to the pitcher.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavours meld.
  5. Top with soda water just before serving over ice.
