Ingredients

45ml Overproof Rum (151)
30ml Dark Rum
20ml Fresh Orange Juice
Cinnamon Powder for Flame
Orange Peel for Garnish

Instructions

Combine dark rum and orange juice in a heat-resistant rocks glass.
Float overproof rum on top by pouring gently over the back of a spoon.
Carefully ignite the overproof rum with a long lighter.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder through the flame for a spectacular spark shower effect.
Extinguish the flame by covering with a coaster, then garnish with a caramelised orange peel.

Pro Tips

Always use a heat-resistant glass and keep a fire extinguisher nearby.
Sprinkle cinnamon from at least 30cm above the flame for the best spark effect.
