A classic tiki cocktail with layers of rum, citrus, and nutty orgeat — transport your guests to a tropical island paradise.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Dark Rum
  • 30ml Light Rum
  • 20ml Orange Curaçao
  • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15ml Orgeat Syrup
  • Mint Sprig for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Add light rum, orange curaçao, lime juice, and orgeat syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Float dark rum on top by pouring gently over the back of a spoon.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
