The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from building management, RWA, or society administration. We recommend informing them about the event timing, expected noise levels, and that professional bar equipment will be transported. We can provide a brief description of our setup for your application if needed. Our equipment is silent and produces no lasting alterations to the rooftop.

Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Cancellations within 3-7 days receive a 50% refund. Within 72 hours, the booking amount is non-refundable but can be credited toward a future event within 6 months. Weather-related rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours in advance (with weather evidence), subject to availability. We're flexible because we understand rooftop events are weather-dependent.
