For walk-up buildings, our team is experienced in carrying equipment up narrow staircases without any damage to walls or railings.

Permissions from your society or apartment management are the host's responsibility. However, we can provide a professional event description letter if your society requires one — detailing that our operation is silent, safe, and will conclude by the agreed time. We're experienced with apartment society norms and always ensure our setup and cleanup respects building guidelines, elevator timings, and noise curfews.

  • Alcohol and spirits are not included in any package. Client is responsible for procuring all liquor as per their preferences and local regulations.
  • A non-refundable booking amount (20-30% of total) is required to confirm your date. Balance is due 48 hours before the event.
  • Terrace must provide adequate power supply (minimum one 15-amp socket) either directly on the terrace or accessible via extension from the nearest indoor outlet.
  • Client must ensure elevator or staircase access for equipment transport. Any society/apartment permissions for terrace events are the host's responsibility.
  • For open terraces without covered sections, a rain backup plan must be available during monsoon months (July-September). We do not operate in heavy rain without shelter.
  • Fire shows on terraces are subject to wind assessment on the day. In extreme wind conditions, fire elements may be replaced with nitrogen fog shows at no extra charge.
